Just like the topic says, I'm curious to know if Byakko's 5% haste or Koga pants "enhances dual wield" is better for melee swings only. I understand that 5%haste affects casting and that more dex = more acc and crits. So even though I know that the Byakko's are "better" overall, I'm just curious about how they both affect swing speed. /cheers |

Byakko's >>>>>> Koga, even at max crit amd hit rate. Dual Wield lowers your delay, which also lowers your tp/hit. Haste does not lower your tp/hit. |

to answer your literal question... koga pants will make you swing faster. For other reasons, Byakko's are better. |
