It's definitely is one of the most used jobs for running Under Observation bcnm... I normally go NIN/RDM because it's a slightly better toolkit imo, access to cures and Fast Cast. I can't speak to how useful it is across other level ranges, having never tried it myself, but you might get some results/discussions by doing some searches on this forum. Coulda swore I've seen a few heated arguments over it's viability, buried somewhere in this slow moving forum
