I have the Seance Staff and rode the ferry from Mhaura to Selbina at midnight, but the NM did not spawn. Any tips for getting this to work? EDIT: I should also mention that skeletons did spawn on the ship, I don't know if that interferes with the quest. Edit 2: It spawned for me when I tried again. |
