is healing breath functioning properly healing breath 2 is only healing for like 15 points more then healing breath 1 so im wondering if healing breath 3 is healing near what it should or not |

Healing Breath III does ~230 HP for me without relic hat. |

AF hat changes the dragoon's HP threshold that will trigger a Healing Breath. Relic hat increases the potency along with any +wyvern HP gear. As to the numbers, I can't say yet. |
