I am a up and coming smn currently 43 as of the posting of this. I have a vermilion coat waiting on me in mog. I've been wondering what the difference is in usefulness between it and the Austere chest. IS the perp. cost reduction better over all or is the extra refresh form the vermy robe better. |

As far as avatar perpetuation cost goes, once you are able to wear both they will have the same effect, though the Refresh would be ticking in between fighting as well. The deciding factor would be the headgear you would be missing out on otherwise by using V. Cloak. The three seconds BP reduction is a thing, but won't end up making too much of a difference either way. |
