The stun effect almost always fails for me, on retail it was 100% if the spell hit right? Now it seems to be severely lacking. Stun length would be low against high level mobs but it would always proc if the spell landed at least. Having difficulty with imps ; ; |

I too noticed this during my (short) time on blu here. I remember nearly stunlocking on retail. The stun here seems totally random and unreliable. Probably spaghetti code |
