I talked to the guy in the city already only to not to get any kind of cs there, then tried the ship with the ??? at Arrapago Reef and also nothing. Is the quest broken or am i just missing some stuff? |

Just did this one last week. Ignore the guy in town, he doesn't matter until you go to turn it in. Go to first boat instead of second, this one starts PUP as well as this quest. Now, go to Shakrami, kill a mob, back to the boat (PUP boat), you'll get told to go to town. Go talk to Ratihb to wrap up the quest and get your fancy pants gun. |

I can confirm what this above legend has said. I'll reiterate. Go straight to ??? on the first boat in the Reef. Go to Maze of Shakrami. Go relatively deep in, by where some NM named "Argus" I think spawns, and there is an iron door. Touch the door, and a "Lost Soul" spawns. I think a couple level 50s would bang this guy up. Maybe take a few level 40s though. Touch the door again for a #cutscene. Go back to the ??? on the first boat in the Reef. Go to Aht Urghan Whitehouse tea houe and talk to Ratihb.
