Thank you for this write up. I've been complaining about COR problems as I level, as well. There's multiple things wrong with it as opposed to retail. Some include:

[*]Double-Up should NOT be going on cooldown when a roll is first used.
[*]Double-Up Recast on retail has always been 5 seconds, not 7/8. I don't know why FFXIClopedia has it listed as 8 seconds. That has never been the case. And a BGWiki entry from back in 2007 has it listed as 5 seconds, too.
[*]Whenever you use a roll or double up, there's a couple second delay compared to every other ability.
[*]Quick Draw definitely isn't using the right formula. It seems to be calculated as a basic magic nuke, not using it's own unique formula you can easily look up on the wiki.
[*]Light shot was never this inaccurate while leveling on retail.
[*]MULTIPLE rolls DO NOT have their at-era effects. They instead have their changed ones post-abyssea. Most notably Healer's roll. Which does not give the bonus hMP effect it should at 75 cap. Instead giving the newer cure potency received bonus.
[*]Random Deal, despite being in the game since 2006, is still disabled.

About Quick Draw - are we sure gun and bullet damage is being applied into the shot? Has anyone actually tested with varying guns/ammo that have wildly different damage totals?

Obviously it has no play on MACC, but the damage from unresists.

The damage formula for quick draw is well documented on both wikis. But it's clearly messed up here.

Formula:
"(2 * (Gun base DMG + bullet base DMG + Corsair's Tricorne bonus)) * (1 + (MAB / 100)) * (Elemental Staff bonus) * (Day/Weather Bonus)
Quick Draw accuracy is based on AGI.
Elemental Staves and Magic Accuracy also enhance Quick Draw accuracy.
It is presumed that 2 AGI is equivalent to 1 point of Magic Accuracy for Quick Draw."

Most of this is not in play on this server. Not to mention he disabled part of quick draw enhancing enfeebs because the stacking was messed up.

It's best in slot for accuracy

if you check the top left on the original post and the post i made of pasquale doing damage doing damage on jormungand, they're both there.

from left to right, top to bottom:

iridal staff (i have chatoyant which is 5% more damage)/ mythril grip +1 (irrelevant slot) / veuglaire / steel bullet
emperor's hairpin / hope torque / drone earring / drone earring
aketon +1 / commodore gants +1 / breeze ring / breeze ring
nomad's mantle +1 / royal knight's belt +2 / corsair's culottes +1 (war brais +1 have same agi) / leaping boots (pasquale has blood greaves)

Sub whm and earth shot the slow II when the rdm casts it, it's not complicated.
If QD was moved in line with retail, it'd gets worse, not better.
