There was another item rumored to have an effect on drops as well. I'm pretty sure it was Rabbit's Charm.

btw these were proven to be just rumors years ago on retail but hey... never know with Nasomi lol.

It only works during newmoon on watersday at night during rainy weather though. During fire weather it actually reduces droprate of rare/ex items by 1%
