Post subject:  Are We Allowed to Make Multiple Characters for Crafting?
Is it a violation of this servers rules to make multiple accounts for the purpose of leveling multiple crafts to higher levels so long as the characters remain level 1? That's to say, are we allowed to make another account for the purpose of crafting, or are we restricted to the three characters we're allotted.

You can have 3 accounts. 2 on-field chars that can be lvl'd to 75 and 1 char that can't leave town. You can lvl crafts on all accounts.

So there's no restriction on taking multiple crafts past 60 as there was on retail? When I played retail 2003~2009 you could only take one craft to level 100 per character.

You can level all crafts to 60 on any character. You then have 40 levels to decide what to do with on that character. You can be 90 on one craft and 70 on another, or 100 on 1 and 60 on the rest, or 95 one one, 65 on another, etc, etc. You can have a total of three characters. So you can have a total of 3 100 crafts. You are not allowed to make any additional characters after your main, alt, and mule.

That's not what he said. You can have 3 accounts. Each account can have 1 character. Each character can have 1 craft taken to 100. For example:

Main account = Smithing 100
Alt account = Woodworking 100
Town Account = Cooking 100

You would then not be able to level any other crafts over 60 on any characters.

Note that (last I checked) there is no way to lower a craft's skill right now. So if you level Alchemy to 65 then decide you really wanted to do Goldsmithing instead, you're gonna be SOL and stuck at 95 Goldsmithing since you wasted those 5 levels on Alchemy.

that's unfortunate, but thanks for the clarification. I will need to choose which three I want to take to 100 wisely.

Keep in mind that Nasomi has confirmed that Fishing does not count towards your crafting skills above 60. So you can have lvl 100 cooking and lvl 100 fishing on the same character, for example.
