I thought he fixed Devil Manta a while back. I haven't gone to fish it up to confirm, but I could've swore it happened around the time he yoinked the skin off Charybdis.

Edit: NVM, I see what you were saying about the orbs.

After doing some digging, I'm pretty sure (1) Nas didn't change this personally, and (2) the new drop rate is 7.2%.
