I've no confirmation on it being broken, but 0/14 highly suggests it might be. Everyone I know has gotten boots at least a 1/3 of the time in that. |

Safe to assume that keeping ur seals is your best bet until there is a fix on loot pools. Some NM lootpools also seem busted. |
