Hello! This is my first post on the forums, so I wanted to start by saying I'm really enjoying reliving my memories of FFXI here. I'm a 30 BLM, trying to farm a scroll of Tractor from the Wights in Qufim. Money is tight right now, so I would like to avoid buying anything unnecessary. Available information online says that Tractor does drop from them, albeit pretty rarely, but that it only drops from the BLM Wights. Typically that means the ones holding scythes, and I have been fighting those. However, what's bothering me is that none of the Wights I've fought have ever tried to cast a spell, which could suggest that they aren't actually BLMs. Bottom line, I'm not sure I'm farming the right thing for Tractor. Could anyone please confirm if they have gotten Tractor to drop from the Wights in Qufim? Or, if there's a better location to farm, could you please let me know? Thank you. |

Hope you got one by now. You can definitely get them in Qufim from the Wights. |

Thank you for the confirmation. After posting this thread, I decided to wait for a reply, and work on unlocking advanced jobs instead. Now that I have some confidence that I'm farming the right thing, it'll be just a matter of time until I get one. Thanks again. |

i think they have a better drop rate in maze of shakrami also when farming for items u have to take into consideration the amount of time vs the price of the item. just cause u can farm tractor , you may be better off farming something more reliable and using that money to buy tractor. (ig:bird blood 1hr farm u can afford tractor and more) gl |

All the Wights can drop them. The drop rate is also much higher here than on retail. The same goes for escape scroll; much higher drop. |
