Is it "broken" or was it changed to what Nas believes is the true loot table %? I am hearing mixed things.

Did you have a look at the prices on utsusemi: ni, refresh, and especially monomi? :( if this is true loot table % this is going to lockout a lot of people from having essential spells for their jobs...
