Was not able to use cloudy orb ( level 20 orb ) as a level 31 is there some type of max level? i thought it synced you down i was able to do it last week was able to use sky orb ( petrifying pair ) in ghelsba, they were immune to charm |

the reset on exp ring recharges/repurchases is 24 hours after tally |

You always get one full recharge. You cant get the next one till 24h after the tally like someone else posted. |

But you CAN drop your ring after you use the second set of charges and buy a new one. 3 is the max set of charges per xp event though. |
