proc rate seem low..
the match: (Player's Guard Skill / 4) * (1 + (Player's AGI / 100) - (Enemy's DEX / 100))

The formula you posted looks like a hypothetical formula based on testing of a particular mob, not a range of mobs. Could be possible there is a hard cap on activation rate.

I think guard will only apply when they would have otherwise connected, I'm not questioning that it could be broken, just noticing you got hit 11x in the screenshot vs. 29? Misses, 1 counter and 1 guard, looks like evasion overpowered the potential for guard procs. May need to grab a rdm or whm and try some proc tests on a tavnazia ram or something similar to see if there's a difference. Good lookin out for mnks tho.

still doing some extensive testing, MNK guarding skill on EP to IT mobs maybe some boss fight too

I have capped guarding on relic MNK and notice that it kicks in once in a while .. not enough for it to be that useful and definitely not even close to Parrying on this server which I'd argue is probably broken!
