Just a suggestion, but I'd like to see the ticket system stick around this time, my suggestion may be heavy handed, but I feel like it'd be nessecary. "Deliberate misuse of support tickets may result in loss of character and account, and possible IP Ban." What you think? |

Good luck. The rules page will be updated when hell freezes over. In the meantime, let's settle for hammering out an understanding here about what violates the rules in the context of support tickets. Here's where I'm looking: Nasomi wrote: Harassment and disruptive behavior are not allowed in Nasomi. Really, we should be able to stop at the end of that first sentence (the one that I bolded) and figure out how to be a decent guest. In any event, it seems clear to me that abusing the ticket system runs afoul of all of the above-quoted sentences from the rules page. |

The ticketing system was removed last time because of bots that were purposefully flooding it to make it unusable for Nas. There's no rule that can be added that would have anything to do with that issue. |

Agreed, lets keep the tickets to actual problems instead of begging for favors or leniency, i.e. you get banned for rmt, be an adult and take your medicine instead of flooding the tickets.... I know it's a long shot but we really do need to find a way to mitigate abusing the tickets. There's some pretty sinister bugs & exploits that can't get properly reported right now because we got no way of getting through the spam. *fingers crossed* |
