Well I can certainly say you can get Radiant Breath from Wyverns in Gustav Tunnel. A friend needed that spell and thought she had to do it in Riverene as to what the site she gets Blu info from , but learned it while in Gustav. Not sure if you can get the others outside of capped areas but that is hopeful at least. |

I haven't tested it personally, but you can probably learn Frightful Roar from the taurus in Uleguerand Jettatura, there's no other hippogryphs outside of Riverne and DynaValk, so Riverne is probably your best bet. |

Won't be free tonight, but if you don't get it I'll be free tomorrow. Uleg is the easiest for Frightful Roar, and I usually did Breath in LoO or Gustav. |
