Since the ZNM patch last week, it appears the Master Caster's bracelets from the Windurst Conquest dude are not properly working. I don't see the stats working in any non-dominated Windurst zone. Can anyone confirm this?

Seriously tho, do you have signet on? Effects like that dont work if you don't have signet on.

Confirmed they work. 292 nakey in Meriph (Sandy control), 299 when I put them on.

Signet is required.

yeah, OP, double check signet. that's a common thing people overlook. if that's not the issue, then tell us where you thought it wasn't working. it would suck if this only worked in conquest regions (e.g., not dynamis)
