Post subject:  Problem loading world after launch
Hey! I'm fairly new to all this so bear with me. I'm playing on the Nasomi server and I've been playing a good bit recently. However, sometimes when I log in, it'll download all the data for the world but when the screen changes to the actual game play, everything is grey and unloaded. I can move and stuff but the world just isn't there. No creatures, no landscape, nothing. Whats causing this? I've uninstalled/reinstalled my files and restarted my computer and even changed servers before Nasomi. I just don't understand what's causing this or if I can fix it. I have a screen shot uploaded.

Any ideas?

Looks like there's something wrong with your install possibly. Try re-installing.

Yeah I've done that already. If it was a problem with the install, I would think it'd happen every time.

looks like you're just under the world. i would use the unstuck function on the website and see if that doesn't fix it.

On the account page, under the maintenance tab, there's unstuck. log out, then click unstuck and it'll put you back a zone.

OH okay thank you so much!! That worked. I didn't even know that existed. I can play again :)
