If people are mostly interested in the last tier, I'm guessing people will be willing to buy lot rights for tier 2 and 3 gear with niche uses. |

I'm sure there will be, just like with sky/sea stuff today. Here's to hoping that the drop rates for the pop items aren't all completely abysmal -.- |

the more "abysmal" the drop rate is for the pop item, the cheaper the gear items from that ZNM will be |
