Just read an interview where square said f right off: "We don't have the backups to do that, sorry". They were asked if they would release a classic level 75 server like WOW. WTH |

WTH This reminds me a lot of what Blizzard was saying for many years. They 'didn't' keep the code and original server blades, so it would be impossible... even tho Private Servers abound and have no problem at all with re-creating a classic experience. These 'small indie companies', they just don't have the resources and smarts to do something like that!! |

Idk... maybe with VII remake success they will think it over... i been dreaming of this forever and they said something crazy big is happening for 20th anniversary that they are working on now... maybe they just are keeping it a surprise! |
