It doesn't work for me. However i've noticed the forced 11 effect of snake eye now NEVER procs. Fully merited haven't had a proc in over 40 attempts.

I remember there was a bug where some COR could not use rolls at all and Nas had to fix them. I wonder if this is related somehow, like not all CORs are identical?

Yeah I don't quite understand what happened. I even went back and killed NM again, but still can't finish the quest on either character on 3-3.
