Nasomi Community FFXI Server

Hey guys, no easy way to put this. I'm a new player to this server, exp bands are shut off and the exp from mobs level 9-12 that are killable solo is a joke. Since I'm stuck in this level range I'm not gonna waste my time. Until it changes this game is unplayable. Sorry to be that guy but it is what it is. I was having so much fun playing again until this morning.

To be leaving the game/server because level 1-12 takes an additional 1-2 hours, tells me you were never cut out for FFXI in the first place.

You can complain when you starter level a subjob-less blm or whm, plz It sucks. But I still did it. 50exp/mob sounds about right Find a friend like we all did and make a 2 person pt in West Ronny

How long was easy prey giving bonus exp? Since the start of Nasomi like 5+ years? This server and all of its players were built on the previous exp table. Changing the table now just feels like it only hurts new players trying to get their start in FFXI. All the established players (myself included) already have their own PL to bring to parties so they can easily adapt. I think it is the new and struggling players who will feel this nerf the hardest. Killing easy prey was not good exp/hr. If you were soloing on easy prey it's because you were desperate and having trouble finding a party. When I lvled Bst to 75 a lot of that exp was off the back of easy prey bonus exp. If that exp route was not available to me Idk if I would have stuck around. Retail accurate exp is a valid argument, but for me I really care more about player retention/health of the server. I worry that this exp table change will push newer/struggling players away that otherwise may have stayed and participated in the community/AH.

If you wanna complain then you shouldn't be here anyway, wait a sec that sounds wrong XD
