All prerequisites are met to my knowledge and what the wiki says and when you trade parchment and ink to the well when its full, nothing happens. Anyone know if this is glitched out? |

Not sure if helpful, but a number of other people were trying to get this last full moon (4 days ago?) & they were not able to either. Said the fountain wasn’t filling up during clear weather. |

I did see the fountain fill up twice last night during the full moon. Nothing happened, couple of people from checkmate were there as well complaining about the same thing. |
