Just as the topic states, I've been getting harassed by a mithra named Magestical. I've also have gotten help from some awesome players - more on that too. I originally played on retail, and started on Nasomi about a week or so ago. I've been mostly navigating this game using my retail knowledge, however I did see that there are all sorts of Nasomi specific changes here, so I've been learning things as I go and been having a blast! I wanted to make some gil so thought I would try out mining. While out there I saw that there was another miner by the name of Zeel. I noticed Zeels away flag was up and they haven't moved in quite some time, however they were in front on a mining spot. I headed to another spot, finished it up, came back and there Zeel was, still with this away flag up, still in front of the exact same mining location. At this point I made the mistake of believing he was AFK, so went ahead and proceeded to mine the location. As soon as I walked over there he states "Really??? You're going to vulture me???" to which I immediately say "My bad, I thought you were AFK" and move proceed moving on to the next spot. As I'm leaving he says "You wanna be a dick??? I can be a bigger dick!!!" - completely ignoring my apology and that it was just a honest mistake. Shortly after I began getting followed by a player named Magestical. I'm pretty sure Zeel and Magestical are the same player, but since I have no way to prove that, I'll abstain from straight up stating that. Magestical has been following me everywhere I go in Zeruhn Mines, mining on top of me. Only specifically doing this to me. Edit: Had a discussion - issue may now be resolved. This has been happening for the past two days. I reported this behavior on NasChat, but don't expect anything to be done. Honestly, I don't even want punishment, just want the harassment to stop. That's why I decided to post the players name and LS here. In retail if people acted poorly, we would just publicly shame them. I don't even have a LS yet, to talk to people and I already have a player trying to grieve me. I think purposely harassing a new player - even going as far as to try and effect their gil outcome, just because of a simple mistake, should be considered embarrassing behavior. I'm hoping people that know this player or even the person themselves sees this and feels some type of shame. WITH THAT SAID I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SHOUT OUT THESE TWO PLAYERS THAT HELPED ME GET MY SUBJOB ITEMS: Bluewaters - Thanks for getting me that skull and PL me for a bit!! You da bes!!! Flvckx - The only guy in the dunes that was willing to kill some flies to help me get that damn worm! BLESSINGS ONTO YOU MY BROTHA!!! Hope to meet more awesome people in game! Thanks for reading! |

Magestical is an e-begging player. Remember seeing him shout in Bastok asking for gil. He also harasses female players he is kinda of creepy person. Beware of him. |

There are quite a few people like this on the server. Don't let that discourage you though. There are lots of others who are super nice ^^ Also if you need some gil, theres lots of other ways of making it besides mining if this person is getting on your nerves. Don't be afraid to reach out to people |

Also note that you will not see another player animation when mining, to you it looks like they're just standing there. |

There are a lot of nice people on this server really enjoy it, my only problem has been him added him to blacklist and yet I keep getting his messages. He is very odd asking about if you have a gf and sex questions. |

If you added him to blacklist you wouldn't get the messages. |
