Nasomi Community FFXI Server :: Lets start some drama

Its pretty well known. I joined this server 2 years ago and people were running around dual wielding relics with maat hats that's not something you get though normal play on a newer server. The same older players who admit nasomi has made the server harder for new players over the years control the crafting market. The stupid mogbooza shit all the prizes went to nasomi friends. They even proved the K club went to a alt of one of nasomi closest buds. The rest of us get disconnected when camping stuff his friends are camping. You want me to prove it over the internet I don't have his server records of course. If you have been playing on this server awhile you know or your part of the problem.

Collusion is a touchy topic, nobody that has that avenue would ever admit it. The server needs to remain credible. Prepare for what happens next tho, but I can guarantee it's not nasomi's fault. He had a legitimate passion for the era, and put a great effort into recreating the best parts of it. Where he failed at was remembering the toxicity that ensued, and deploying forethought into mitigating it. Now it's the chaotic beast it has become and unfortunately the toxic pieces got into the game quick. There's a stranglehold on certain aspects but you can have a great experience still, so long as you don't require epeen to feel like you've done something. If you do require the epeen to have satisfaction you're in for a bumpy ride, that is, of course, if servitude is not your forte. As far as relics, that's just some broke ass dynamis shit~ enjoy!

The part about nas's friends getting stuff is patently false.

As for the fast progress from players, a mature server is going to have a bow wave from experienced players making things easier on newer players via crafts, better gear for fights, and PLs.

Exempting relic completion, I'd say Nasomi server is easier than retail in 07, but harder than retail in 09.

Lol somewhere in a progression shell there is a pepsi helping new players in his own way in between banning out rmts and exploiters. If he ever gave a kc to someone it would kill you as soon as you engaged XD

we don't even know if he has friends :-(

This is great analytical point. I'm about 3 weeks into Nasomi, but can you tell me why its more difficult to obtain a relic here than on retail?

Youre right, i dont expect anyone to share any story. To be fair, why wouldnt Nas be allowed to have some fun with it? I'm just starting out my journey here, i hope he continues to keep the server up for at least my go at it. Thanks for the reply.

Some of it has to do with the currency in the drop tables, some of it has to do with the re-entry time being different. There used to be a lot of factors making it easier, now there are only one or two; I think the horse is out of the barn at this point though so it'll likely never be patched further.
