if u seem hq blocked long term try new zones---- although only two of these screenshots have anything remotely to do with this, the morion i had gone to windy to try, and mines for comm+1 as well

The important thing to note is that Zansblmeventalt is making riot grenades to NPC, nasomi please fix this.

I don't get the riot grenades part. Why vendor? The mats seem to be more expensive than the product unless you're HQing a ton.

Inciting riots is against server rules.

its baaack. the one with the rings, all the bases are +1. i honestly cant remember a time i spammed t0s and didnt get a t1 later

Chance, have you actually averaged these out to look at what's going on with the rates? You post these screenshots and allude things that aren't part of any known crafting mechanics retail or otherwise.
