Does Nas still bring out an event where we can obtain this item? Halloween is around the corner I believe I've been on the server long enough to experience 2 other Halloweens but I don't recall people ever talking about going out and obtaining this item. Hoping that this is still an item that can be obtained every year like our Tidal Talismans and not an item that has been shelved away and no longer accessible |

If he ended the Bull event, wouldn't that mean the constant DCs from city zones might cease, since they just happened to have started up at the same time as the event was patched in?? >.> |

Well yes and no, yes because people were crashing because of the alliance deal but honestly there's almost nobody doing that event for a while now. And no because it's not just the bull events causing the crashing, people who are trying to cheat GP points\items keep crashing the zones which has nothing to do with the event. |
