Started BLM AF on Monday and it is now Saturday morning with no weather. I have been checking frequently besides when I'm sleeping. Is this normal to wait so long for weather in Crawlers Nest? Or is this a Nas special? |

yeah can be long waits for rain in CN best to keep your eye on it with the weather reporter NPC https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Weather_Reporter Rolanberry fields weather would give you an idea when it will rain i think |

Thanks Nidu. I have my alt checking the weather guy in keynote constantly as well. If it takes a long time that’s ok, just making sure it’s not a known broken feature. Thanks again! |

Did you know ffxi has seasons? i did not until i was doing that AF. During certain seasons you will see less water elementals there, after waiting for over 20 hours there i gave up and came several months later (ffxi time) and elementals started appearing again. |

Really? I was down there after complaining, and of course I got pops an hour later. They only had two elementals total when it did rain... so what you’re saying must be true. Thanks for the input. For anyone else doing this AF quest and it led you here... the weather streaks last like 10 mins so you need to be waiting exactly where they spawn or you’ll miss it. I had 2 75s killing and we barely finished killing the second one then the weather dissipated... it’s a race! |
