Can the quest be restarted if you drop of the HQ gear? I messed up and I got all my gear from the NPCs in Jeuno instead of starting in my home Nation. By the time I actually needed to go to Jueno to get my tidal, I ran out of NPCs in Lower Jueno to get it and they won't trade me anymore. Any suggestions? |

There's a few more than 5 in Lower Jeuno, check the forum posts for the event here for the others. As far as restarting it, I don't think you can. |

The issue is that I got ALL my gear from them; bell, head, body, legs, feet... then I went back and trade to the rest of the NPCs that would take it, 3 of them gave me snow bunny hats, and I ran out of NPCs to trade. BTW, is the Snow bunny Hat a real item? I don't have it in inventory showing up. I went to my Nation to see if they would trade me anything else, and all I got was ginger cookies from them. /sigh |

If they kept giving you that, then you turned in with full inventory and are borked. You may need to try reaching out to Nasomi, but not sure if much can be helped at this point. |
