So I been camping this guy for about 3hrs with no spawn, been using /rng for ws just to make sure I got all the rabbits in the area, and he has still yet to spawn, is he broken or does any1 have any info that could help? |

he could possibly be out of era.Some nms in old zones wernt added during cop era. also he is a lottery pop so u could just be unlucky. |

Some NMs just don't exist here yet, even in-era ones. It's entirely possible that this is one of them. |

I thought that was possible as well, but I've seen people wearing the drop and some folks in a ls I'm in say they've killed the NM. Strange thing is with Widescan I can't see the proper PH, there are suppose to be 2 rarabs near the bottom of the list, but there is only 1. Wondering if the PH isn't respawning or something? |

Pretty sure he still exists and does seem to be true lottery like retail. Personally took me around a day and a half / 2 days to get him to pop but that was around 2 years ago so theoretically nas could have pulled the NM. |

I have camped him, he's a real pain. I got him around the south tower. |

Depends on how you spend your time camping, I xp lower jobs, farmed, and crafted while camping. |

I camped him as well, so he does exist--I either misread the wiki or it was incorrect on the PH, because he never popped with the one I was killing, until I got bored and started murdering every rabbit in the area. Popped right up after that. |
