No matter what, Bad things will be at the forefront and most discussed.
Good things are rarely talked about because they tend to not be issues to discuss.

That being said I am very new to the server, the last time I played the game was in the ps2 era when the game first came out on it. The server by far has been a great time, the people seem pretty chill and others have been quite helpful to me by far. I'm main leveling a whitemage so I have stooped to dual boxing when my friends are offline or I cannot find a group for dunes or whatever however overall it's been an awesome time on the server. I have already met a good amount of people on the server and I wish there was a friendlist but I guess that functionality was built into sony's bizarre playonline system(?)

Those dang spells are eating my gil hahaha

This isnt a "good" per say, but i had a good laugh.
I just got my Kazham Airpass. Waiting at the kazham dock, I move my character a little bit forward and he walks onto the water....then into some ghost ship that was docked.

A person behind me walk in too and says...
"mmmk then"
Me: Im scared.

The ghost ship leaves. and..."Here we go apparently!"

Seconds later it ports into Bastok...

wtf lol

It's the FFXI that I remember from back in 2003-2006, or at least a very close approximation. The community overall is very good, everyone is pretty helpful. The game itself is hardcore PVE, in a way that most modern MMOs are too afraid to do out of fear of losing casuals. The population is great for a FFXI private server. It's free while Squeenix still wants you to pay like 50$+subscription for the hand-holding version of it.

Am new here so take tats for what it’s worth 50 blm . Played retail 2002 2006 .

I never knew about ffxi nas until last month , it feels more or just like ffxi at least for me so far . It’s amazing it’s free, very easy to set up . Nas chat helped if I had an issuie. I am having fun so far . The players are very helpful and chill . I like this game

I never played retail, or even touched it. Pretty much the only other MMO I like is FF14, I tried a bunch of others and got bored 3 minutes in.
I ended up on Nas because I'm a huge Blue Mage fanboy and wanted to try it out in 11.

The two big things I like are the community, and the sense of exploration. Even if progressing on this server is painfully slow and repetitive by my standards, it's all worth it when I finally unlock a new
area. I remember getting myself the Kahzam airship pass, landing there for the first time, and getting really excited about all the monkies hopping around the place. Monkey. I think the suffering and
tedium is part of what makes the experience, like salt on your dinner.

I'll say though, what keeps me here is the community, and specifically my LS friends. The lack of content/bug fixes since I started playing have made me lose a lot of hope for this server, I don't really see
any of my major complaints ever getting fixed.

Why I'm here? I have sleeping problems and woke up at 2am, which is about 10pm Nasomi time.

Many things are good about nasomi, what can I say, I was active many years ago, even when stuff was wonky, it was the only server true to itself, with that said the events managed to keep everything refreshed, i too played retail, and this server is the closest thing to it
