Happy Halloween! Visit a festive moogle to put on a costume and "sneak up" on the nations' citizens! If you manage to scare them, you get a special prize, but if not, you'll still get candy!

Here are the participating NPCs in Windurst Walls. There are also NPCs in Port Bastok & Port San d'Oria. Try on a costume from the Festive Moogle right outside the Mog House; you can try on as many as you want! Tricking from behind an NPC rewards equips (think Sneak Attack), while treating from the front rewards food. You can trick AND treat each NPC! I'll leave who gives what as part of the Halloween surprise ;)

Ojha Rhawash (C-13)
Kohpo-Akuuupo (G-13)
Mehruru (H-11)
Karija-Marija (J-12)
Takoda (H-10)
Migi Centa (I-9)
Moan-Maon (J-6)
Florencia (K-6)
Finene (I-5)
Gerun-Garun (H-4)
Scavnix (H-4)
Naih Arihmepp (F-5)
Yoran-Oran (E-5)
Suhie-Kaihie (D-6)
Bonchacha (F-7)
Kalupa-Tawalupa (F-7)
Aromu-Oromu (F-9)

Possible tricks (equips) include Eerie Cloak, Eerie Cloak +1, Pumpkin Head, Pumpkin Head II, Horror Head, Horror head II, Pitchfork, Pitchfork +1, Trick staff, Trick staff II, Treat staff, Treat staff II & Skeleton Robe.
Only one of each equip can be obtained, and if you have obtained all the possible equips, you will receive the message, "Obtained: ." upon scaring additional participating NPCs.

Possible treats (food) include Ginger cookie, Cinna-cookie, Acorn cookie, Wizard cookie, Coin cookie, Baked apple, Baked popoto, Shogun rice ball, Cone of snoll gelato, Hume rice cake & Elvaan rice cake.
You can obtain more than one of some of the more common treats in each city. And while you can't get three sets of equips from each city, you can however get three rounds of treats. Visit all participating NPCs in all three zones if you have a big sweet tooth!

So you made it back to your Mog House with a stash of candy & loot, but still your sugar rush & scaring binge is not quenched? Lower Jeuno's bonus round is waiting for all you ghosts 'n ghouls!

Zauko (I-6)
Biora (H-7)
Danzhor (H-7)
Subash (H-7)
Mesukiki (H-7)
Kikilolo (H-9)
Nantoto (H-8)
Dakonsa (H-8)
Omer (G-10)
Shashan-Mishan (F-11)
Nakho Jawantal (G-10)

Additional tricks (equips) include Hoe, Dinner jacket, Dinner hose, Witch hat & Pyracmon Cap.
In order to acquire these, you must have acquired & held on to all of the previous equips though! If not, scaring an NPC here will give you a previous equip you had thrown away or not yet acquired. If you hadn't acquired or thrown away more than 6 of the previous equips, you will have to reacquire them from participating NPCs in a city you hadn't yet gone runnin' around scarin' folks! Otherwise, triggering all the Lower Jeuno NPCs before doing this, well... the trick's on you ;)

Additional treats (food) include Rice ball, Apple pie, Sweet rice cake & Tarutaru rice cake.
You will also get double scoops on many of the previous treats!

Have fun out there, friends & fiends!

Very Cool! Nothing game changingly awesome like Tidal Talisman but I'll def be getting everything.

Anything on the list that is a "ZOMG YES!" type item that I maybe misunderstood? Like if Trick Staff II Regens daily or something?

Treat Staff II will regenerate once every 20 hours. Trick Staff II has 10 charges, usable once every hour, until the charges are gone.

So a couple decent warp alternatives, as long as you have the presence of mind to put them into inventory beforehand. Also, they're usable at level two, so good insurance if you're running around on a low level and you get stuck when your warp club can't save you (level 36 for cudgel).

Pumpkin Head II is enmity +1 at level 1, so a decent alternative to Cache-nez being unavailable for low level tanking.

Also, this for fun:

Mini-guide has been updated for Lower Jeuno!

Also, did not confirm if the new equips can be obtained from untriggered NPCs in Bastok, San d'Oria or Windurst.
