Zmines is great, and you can start there at level1. Soot rock salt and bat stuff for repeatable quests. Worms drop ores,bats for wind crystals galore. Bunch of fame to be made early in Bastok and sandy this way and some starter gil. You can also most likely get the quests for drain and warp. You can do this 1-10 or 11 on every job before ever even leaving Bastok besides quest turn in in sandy
