For those of you that are brand new to this game, are returning players from old, or may have just simply forgotten. A good way to warp around Vana’Diel is to utilize your Outpost Warps. You can start gaining OPs as early as level 10. If you speak with a gate guard of your home nation you will be given the offer of running supplies to an outpost that your nation is in control of. Once you deliver the supplies you gain that outpost. As long as your nation is control of an outpost you can utilize Gil or conquest points to warp from an NPC between your home nation and an outpost. When you make the transition from Valkurm Dunes parties to Qufim Island and jungles a good idea would be to get the Qufim OP as soon as possible. (Given your nation is in control of the OP) Once your nation has control of any of the 3 zones outside of Jeuno grab the OP. You can set your Homepoint in Jeuno and buy a return ring for 2,000 conquest points at a gate guard. From there you can walk into the zone that your nation has control of OP. Use the return ring, and then warp at the OP back to your home nation! For me it made things a lot easier to get around as I like to fish and EXP in different areas. Make sure to check weekly the status of power in Vana’Diel to see if your Nation has control of an area and always keep signet up! Please feel free to add any ideas, tricks, etc. to this thread and if I made any mistakes let me know as well please. Happy Hunting |

I don't think return rings work here? Even if they did, it's a waste to set your hp in Jeuno. Simply qufim op warp anytime you need to go to Jeuno. |

Return rings do but you have to keep in mind their restrictions. The zone needs to be controlled by your nation to use it. |

I agree with the just OP to Qufim as that’s totally what a lot of people do but I wouldn’t consider it a complete waste of time as it worked for me as I stated because of my preference fishing, etc. in the earlier levels it’s just easier, cheaper, and safer for me to HP in Jeuno and not have to buy oils/powders as much. |

You can OP no matter what, once you've gained it the first time. Also - Don't set your HP in Jeuno. That's a colossal waste. If you need to goto Jeuno, you OP to Qufim. If you need to get to one of the zones (like CN, Garlaige). Warp to the zone south of them. |

Depends on what you are doing I guess. I had Jeuno HP for about 8 levels as bst due to killing raptors in Champaigne and Crawlers in Rolanberry |

Jeuno remains having no access. I visit my mule pretty much daily in jeuno now that we've been explicitly limited to one. I would love to have some access to the world from Jeuno so I can just hp there and have my mule as I need. Thankful for the talisman's at least so I can try and do all my muling in one trip for the day but when you are a crafter with 6 fully geared 75 jobs that you actually use regularly, it becomes tough. I know that he at least tested the idea of a universal outpost warp npc in jeuno and I guess it didn't work. It very well could cause more city lag issues for the whole server to be afking in jeuno anyway but I still hold a candle for that idea. Jeuno would be a great hub. But currently, it just isn't. |

One that works the same way your nation OP guy does. He tried to implement one recently (poorly) but, I think there's a working solution in the works... |

An NPC that warps you back and forth from your home city <> Jeuno would do it for me. That would be wonderful. I'd say just an npc that warps you from jeuno to city as it is still supposed to be somewhat of a mission for new players to venture to jeuno. My hp would be set in jeuno tomorrow if that existed. I could then get to my city to outpost warp when I need. I wouldn't be hopeful for that idea though. Nabutso wrote: However, he's totally open to a Jeuno OP warper. That is really good to hear and very much look forward to it. Being able to hp in jeuno would be convenient as well as nostalgic. |
