The game will soon require that your game account is linked to a forum account in order to log in.

Follow this process to link your accounts.

1. Create a forum account. If you already have one, you can skip this step.

2. Log into your game account here: https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php

3. Click "Maintenance"

4. Click "Forum Link"

5. Enter your forum account's details.

6. Select whether this is a main or a mule. Mules will be capped to level 10 instantly.

7. Click "Migrate!"

There are no do-overs, transfers, or freeing up of mis-placed slots. Use the system carefully and only link your own characters to your forum account. Do not create more than 1 forum account.

My account has 3 characters - when I log on to the account page it automatically chooses one of my mules. How do I switch to my main character?

You shouldn't have more than one character per account. You can use the safe delete function on the maintenance tab to remove the additional characters.

What if you misunderstood the process and ended up creating two different forum accounts and linked a game account to each? Is there a way to unlink a forum account and fix that?

No. You're now accidentally breaking the rules and need to discuss this directly with Nasomi.

I have 3 characters on my account as well from when the rules were different. 1 Mule, 1 Main, and 1 that was leftover from the Kazham run a couple years ago that I haven't touched since then.

I still need to transfer some stuff from my mule before I can delete it, but I am happy to do so. However when I go to the maintenance tab for the character removal it doesn't give me a list of the characters on my account to delete. Only the character in the 1st slot that it is showing info for can be deleted, which happens to be my mule.

I would like to get this cleared up to avoid any issues in the future, but don't want to make a mistake in this process.

Use the deletion function on the website if it shows up as the one you logged into.

I'll try it out shortly after I transfer my stuff off. However I'm worried that when I delete that one (1st character), my main (2nd character) will be next in line with no way to delete the 3rd character w/o deleting my main.

The regular in-game deletion function does work, it just very rarely deletes the wrong character, in which case Nasomi will have to fix it for you. If you end up having to do that though, I would wait until the next update goes live so that you can be assured of a recent server backup.

I've never trusted the in-game function. There used to be issues back in the day, use at your own risk and what not. It scared me away from even considering it.
