Best BCNM40 to run for Refresh

Post subject:  Best BCNM40 to run for Refresh
My Red Mage is on hold until I can get this rather crucial spell, and for this reason I have been running BCNM40 Royal Jelly, as I have a lvl 40+ Samurai.

Now according to FFXIclopedia, Refresh is supposedly the scroll with the highest chance of dropping from this fight at 26%, yet over 20+ runs (including those other party members) I haven't seen it drop once. I've seen items with 0.5% chance drop multiple times, yet this scroll doesn't. Does Refresh even drop from this BCNM on Nasomi? I'm beginning to think maybe not. So, I guess I have two questions:

1. Does Refresh drop from Royal Jelly, and has anyone actually got one from it?
2. If not, which BCNM40 is confirmed to drop it, and has the highest chance of getting me one?

My group has done it 9 times with 0 refresh drops. I have done it with a friend who has done it over 22 times and has only ever seen it drop one time.

It does drop. Not sure if the loot tables were messed with, but the good sign is that there are more on the AH. The price is starting to drop from the absurdity that Ahriman or whoever his club was that tried to put it up for 1.2million at one point. I think it is at 500k now and I would bet it would continue to drop as more and more people do that BCNM.

You should kill the ownms. You will see a drop faster that way.

Not always true. I've gone 10+ OWNM40s without seeing Refresh drop before. Plus, you have to move around quite a bit just to kill each.

You can sit in one zone and spam BCNMs.

Have people tried all of the BCNM40s instead of just spamming UO or RJ?

I've only done those two so far, and I keep losing on UO but having good luck with Ni and Erase on RJ. Maybe people need to start doing Worm's Turn? Nasomi fixed worms' behavior specifically for that one. Maybe that's the one to do.

Was this from Royal Jelly? Because I have come across the OWNM page on the wiki, and the Wyvern equivalent of RJ doesn't drop refresh (at least, it doesn't say that it does): http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title=NMs:Open

If that page is correct, and that Wyvern doesn't drop Refresh, then wouldn't it make sense that tne BCNM equivalent also doesn't drop it? So far I have wasted 300+ seals with zero success, and it is frustrating to say the least.
