at this point it'd have to be something super cheesy because all the OWNM's and BCNM's get ran thru consistently.. maybe he forgot he took it from usual vendor and didn't put it back? |

He hinted at a BCNM but yet I've not seen many indicate they've done a lot of the BCNM20s/30s since the update. |

It's hard to say it's not in a BCNM when the entire server is only willing to do two BCNMs. |
