I'm sure there are many different factors that cause zone instability during an HNM fight in a packed zone that are beyond the players control. I think there are a plethora of issues within how alliances work that can cause such things to constantly happen. It sucks. But I'm not here to talk about that. I'm here to ask that we look into moving the OWNM in Dragon's Aery and Valley of Sorrows to other locations. While I can't confirm that these are used nefariously, I can say that it's inappropriate to leave unstable mobs in zones that already are under a lot of stress during peak camp hours. Once again I don't want to get into specifics and I encourage responses to this thread to leave them out as well. If you're in an endgame shell, you have surely experienced this extremely de-moralizing situation. We all love the thrill of the hunt and we're bloodthirsty for X linkshell to wipe so we can try and claim after, but a losing an HNM because of zone instability is really not the type of 'wipe' we're looking for. |

I feel like this is such a simple and obvious idea that if it hasn't been done by now it's because he can't or won't. Honestly, I don't know how you guys put up with this shit for so long. Maybe it wasn't this bad years ago because there wasn't as many end game players. But with 50-70 people at a fafnir on a Tuesday afternoon, the prime times could be even worse if more people were willing to gag Kings down. |

You would think, but a lot of obvious issues are put on the back burner due to not enough pressure from the player base. If this is something that the endgame community feels is a major issue, then it's something we can all work together to try and prioritize before other fixes are addressed. I'm sure the situation with lag as a whole is known by everyone on this server by now, but it's most acutely felt at king camps. If you add in the chance of the possibility or a zone being... you know, from an OWNM during a fight, it makes things really bad. |

Nas has said he likes the OWNMs where they are, including the newbie-slaughtering ones. You should send nas everything you know about the crashes. |

I've said since the day I joined end-game.... The very first time I went to DA.... Nas had made a lot of great things. I can't, for the life of me, understand what drove him to place an OWNM in DA and VoS. It just doesn't make sense, is entirely illogical, and leads to so many issues that are so easily fixed. There's a ton of zones in the game. There's literally 3 that shouldn't have an OWNM. It's not a hard concept, and it's so easily avoided. Such a shame that he continues to let LS's dictate who gets to kill HNMs because of 100% custom content that is entirely in the wrong place. Edit: I can 100% confirm they are used nefariously. |

Just report how it's done. Nas loves to fix crashes. |

Can't speak for everyone else but I just take it as a hint to screw off because the server is full. Server has plenty of crafters at 100, plenty of end game players, newbies piss off. Sitting a zone crashing monster right infront of the zone when the server can barely handle 50 players feels like zone crashing is part of the strategy of claiming and killing a king. |

Zones can handle much more than 50 players. Yes, even in close proximity. I'm kinda tired of your constant trolling here and everywhere else I see you, epics. |

Zones start to lag at 50 or more when they're all together and can become unplayable 70 or higher. The lag I can live with. But someone deciding they've had enough and crashing a zone by zoning an ownm isnt fun. As far your opinion goes, it seems like an attempt to derail the thread that I will ignore. Hopefully for your sake no one else voices their personal opinions about each other here. |
