I remember player run casinos on retail way back when. Been on nasomi for over a year now and have yet to see one. Is there something in the rules that im missing that prohibits this? Was a fun way to waste time/Gil while standing around in town.

As long as the players that run them do not commit fraud, there should be no problem.
