How to get THF to lv75 soloing? Since its impossible to get a party even making a party is just undo-able their is never enough people and its all THFs lfg all the time. |

You either make your own party, or have a bard or corsair friend who you can package deal with. Thief just isn't that desirable for exp. |

Play at unorthodox hours, when there aren't too many players LFP and parties looking for members will be willing to settle. That's how I leveled my late-30s RDM. Many parties invited me simply because they needed a healer and they weren't any WHM looking. Also when there are less than 600 players logged-in the max sync range grows to 15 (usually it's 10) so it's a lot easier to form parties. If you really want to solo you can go after EPs. When properly geared for its level THF should be able so solo EP (like most jobs, maybe except WHM/BRD), however when you get only ~30-40 exp from each kill and as battles take longer you'll find yourself playing for days just to get a single level so it's really unpractical and even if you insist and grind 24/7 the highest level you can reach is level 50, at which point you have to do the limit break quests, which will require you to kill some IT mobs (e.g. liches) - which is not a walk in the park even for full parties. |

Make you own party. I can safely say I have never had a problem making a party 'because they're all THFs" |

Invest in helping Linkshell members level undesirable subjobs for a bit and then guilt them into carrying you to 75. |

Find mobs that are ep-dc and that have good farming drops. I got about 9k exp on my 61 THF last night while farming. Stock up on bloody bolts and sleep bolts. Sleep the mob, run behind and sneak attack. |
