Chocobo Circuit (nascircuit) is basically the replacement for Lower Jeuno and/or Rolanberry Fields/Sauramogue Champaign/Battalia Downs, in that it's a place to hock your wares/crap (mule).

You need to be a minimum level of 11 and have 500g (each entry) in order to enter it.

Sure can! You can travel to either Bastok, San d'Oria or Windurst from the circuit.

Bastok: Gimaulle (Hume)
Windy: Rhind Mhikkrol (Mithra)
Sandy: Sigiswald (Old Man Hume)

Im sorry, how? i tried to use it windy and got out in windy :(

That just means that you talked to the Windy NPC. Walk around the upper area of the circuit some more and you'll find more NPCs that will teleport you to other places.

The minimum level is 10. I have a level 10 mule in there and just tried to enter on my WHM10 and was allowed to enter.

Wow 500 gil, how does one even make that kind of bank? Not trolling, just starting out and not quite lvl 10, but have 43 gil on me after buying some maps and a piece of bronze armor.
