Am I crazy or did I have a bug: I was leveling on Warrior with level 5 Great Axe. I was level 10, but the GA skill capped at 12? I thought it was an A+ weapon. I just dinged 11 and it started counting again, but why did that happen? |

Try re-equipping it. |

You can unequip and reequip anything that makes your character flash. It doesnt have to be your weapon. I unequip legs or feet so you dont lose tp. |
