So far:

1. Buy all the dream gear and equip it.
2. Trade the Capella card to the same NPCs you did the halloween event with. This should get you all the +1 gear in your home city. I'm not sure if there's a point in finding more NPCs past 6/6 +1 dream gear.
3. Get Capella cards and RUN YOUR ASS TO JEUNO A BUNCH OF TIMES FROM YOUR HOME CITY.

The quickest way to do this is to get at least 5 characters (can be 2 players with 3 chars, 3 players with 2 chars, or 5 different people, doesnt matter)

Get the card on all characters, do the first run to jeuno. pool 5 cards to one character so he can get tidal. then all warp back to town. Get cards, use Tidal #1, and pool all cards to get Tidal#2. Then warp back and repeat until all characters have tidal.

I even got tidal on my lvl1 mule this way ^_^ and it took about 15 minutes to get all 6 tidals

You get the cards from the festive moogle by "talking" to him. So once you deliver a card you must return to the moogle to receive the next card to deliver.
