Not sure if expected, but I got my tidal on both characters after only my second Jeuno trip: got Snow Knight from Zauko, then Tidal from Danzhor. I was wearing the +1 gear when I did the trades, if that matters.

Did you do the event part way last year? Cuz if you already have some of the items it should skip to the ones you don't have.

Some of the items are the same as the hallows event, if you still have them, you will skip those this time.

Yep, you're right - I didn't think about that.. I already had 3 of the items. I just did it on my new mule acct which hasn't done any events and I had to do all 5 trades to get a Tidal.
