Hey guys and I'd assume a few ladies. Been working on something other than the Nasomi Standard. A music mod in which I'm taking final fantasy music from this video https://youtu.be/q6vD1Lc_34w and updating the in game music with it. Just curious, since this is client side and just for music, is this cool or no? Not sure it its something Nas would frown upon. |

I don't believe modding music would be against the rules. |

Cool that's what I figured, I don't really know anything about the coding technical aspect of the game so wasn't 100% sure that it was all client side. So figured I'd ask if it was possible that it would in some way cause issues. That would suck to change a song and somehow end up jailed over it lol |

Dont know if u are asking for helping or just if its ok. i'm pretty sure he doesn't care, people even did it on retail. Kind of busy atm but if ur looking for a program to make switching out music easier try finding "ffxi music converter" switched out a few songs with it on my own. switches mp3's to Wavs? i think thats the one u need. alot of links are dead but just keep looking. gl ![]() |

Well, the rule is no mods but the one's he's approved. Also, no bots. But as it's music? Don't see why that'd be a deal at all let alone a big deal. Me? I just play Pandora with a the Black Mages station. ![]() |

What he's talking about is .dat modding. I can't see Nas having a problem with it since it literally has no effect other than changing aesthetics on your PC only. |
