any word on this at all? I am currently with Kolshushu supplies and cannot finish the delivery because it had Sandy npcs at the outpost
I am hope I am not stuck for the entire week because there are good outposts for Bastok I need.

Is actually under San D'Orian control. Edit: It seems Zulkheim is under Bastokan control. (You can't complete supply quests to these regions at the moment.) |

Bubu was already restarted many hours ago, so the correct guards should be there. Rmap should match them. |

Kolshushu has the correct guards, Elshimo Lowlands has the correct guards, and Zulkheim has the correct guards. All is well now. |

hello, it seems that kolshushu's suply is dead again It has the correct npcs but bastokian's flag :/ someone told me it was already the case last week |

best bet would be to submit a ticket about it, it usually requires a zone reset to fix |
