Nasomi Community FFXI Server :: Someone paid $750 for Nasomi accounts

Approximate value of property: $750.00 USD + 25 USD middleman

What is the dispute about? I losed the access to the accounts because Nasomi (owner of the server) tracked down RMT people here and account sellers.

Other details / notes: All the characters are in mordion (jail) so you can't play with it anymore and asked nasomi to put them out of mordions but he won't do anything.

It's pretty crazy what accounts go for these days... I used to play a game called Black Desert Online, and accounts can go for 2000-5000$ on the NA server.. It's insane, especially since people spend thousands on in-game "premium" P2W stuff... 1 cosmetic costume costs $30+ on there, and you need to spend at least 100-200$ just to setup a character with enough inventory slots, weight limit and other basic shit ... Glad I quit that game x_x

It might be a good idea to edit out the link and just copy the body of the post instead.

In case stuff gets missed, OP "rekted" (hey, I've seen that name here

) complained that Tororu's owner sold him the account and it was bannanated shortly thereafter. Owner of shitty RMT forum pointed out that the banned characters were involved in RMT trades.

Interesting read, nice screenshots of the large group in jail too. edit: wow those forums. There was a ton of this stuff going on. Glad Nas got to it, but it looks like people are still doing it.

Glad I quit that game x_x That game easily had one of the worst grinds I have ever seen in an mmo. I do think it had a lot of stuff to do and was much more old school in that sense compared to most theme park mmos nowadays though, so I'll give it credit for that.

Not sure if I trust clicking that link, internets and all....but.... Wtf? Wow people paying for accounts like that? Guess they don't realize at any point in time Nasomi could just say "Screw this" and kick the power cord out of the wall, and the end.... Crazy....
