Your friends will be embarrassed to have known you. Anyone who needs nas's help will be angry to have to wait longer as he deals with you. Nas will catch you. Nas will catch you if you use a VPN. Nas will catch you if you try transferring the gil around. Nas will catch you if you try to use the AH. You will get caught trading 1000 gil. You will get caught trading 10000 gil. You will get caught trading 1m gil. You will get caught trading 20284 gil. Nas will catch you. You won't get your money back from whoever sold you the gil. You will lose the gil you bought, the money you spent, and all the time you spent playing here. The only thing you accomplish by buying gil is lining the pockets of people who have no interest in seeing you, this server, or this community succeed, thrive, and exist. Do not buy gil. |

Oh dear..... Lulz Edit. The unfortunate reality is, I don’t think we see Gil buyers here until after they get the ban hammer. THEN they come here and cry. Obvious message is obvious and will be wasted on your intended audience. Suppose if it stops one person from thinking they can beat the system it’s worthwhile, but do we really want these morons anyway? |

I would prefer to let the people that are stupid enough to buy/sell gil/accounts weed themselves out, as it will make the community better in the long run after they are all banned. The trade off of having Nas being delayed however is a bigger underlying issue. We're not hearing about it right now, but the discussion will shift to that topic eventually after the ToAU honeymoon phase is over. Murmurs about Assault are already starting. Since the population boom it seems Nas has spent more time taking care of issues that have directly resulted from it, while quietly working on other things in the background. I guess my question is will the population get large enough where its too much for Nas to handle on his own? |

It's also a catch 22 because the more people that do it, the more Nas has to be on his guard, and you have an increase in false positive on which he has to do a fairly long investigation to figure if it's a false positive or not. A real shitshow. |

It does make me worry sometimes that legitimate trading or item sharing between friends/LS mates could cause a few days or week of jail until reviewed, with potential risk of an appeal being denied. However, personally, I would think a stricter policy with some collateral damage is better for the server overall than an overly lenient policy that lets some RMT slip through the cracks. |
